Matrix Effect - Basic Tutorial

This tutorial is to create an effect that will remind you of the matrix. Follow the steps and you can get an image that looks like the result at the bottom.

Step One. Make a new document 400 by 100 pixels, with a white background.



Step Two. Reset your colors by pressing D.

Step Three. Go to Filter/Texture/Grain and use the following settings -
